Paradise Valley Resident and local Real Estate Brokerage owner Scott Jarson, has been named as the 2022-23 CEO for Luxury Home Tour Inc., a local marketing group active in Paradise Valley and surrounding luxury home locations.

Luxury Home Tour was established in 1982 to establish networking among different real estate firms and tours architectural significance homes in Paradise Valley, Phoenix and Scottsdale.

LHT supports the real estate membership and gives back to the community each year with a number of charitable contributions.

Jarson will oversee membership, which currently numbers more than 700. A member since 1988, Jarson and his wife, Debbie, have been career-long members and supporters of the tour. His duties will include stewarding the transition back from pandemic-era restrictions and challenges, and continuing the organization’s goal of education, inclusion and outreach as it pertains to cooperative Luxury Home marketing.

“I am appreciative of the tour membership and board who have elected me to this prestigious position. It is an honor to be chosen and to give back to the community that LHT serves. Truly, this is a pinnacle career achievement; I am grateful for the trust and support of my peers,” Jarson said.

Together, the Jarsons established and run azarchitecture/Jarson & Jarson Real Estate, which specializes in the sale and marketing of architecturally unique homes. For decades they have stood by their mission to celebrate design and architecture, devoted to adding value to architect-designed properties. Their own architectural hillside home is in Paradise Valley.

“For me, Luxury Home Tour is a natural extension of all the principals I care about in real estate, and our community. Our goals are aligned personally and professionally, it’s a wonderful fit,” he said.

Jarson won’t work alone in helping to run the organization.

“I am surrounded by incredible talent found in our board and membership. We are truly a sum greater than the individual parts,” he said.

An Arizonan since birth, Jarson grew up in Paradise Valley. In addition to his real estate achievements, Jarson is a citizen member and current chair of the Town of Paradise Valley Hillside Building Committee.
