The recently opened Saskatoon townhome project from North Ridge Development Corporation is located at the corner of Dagnone Cres. and Brighton Gate. There are 29 two-storey units at NR Towns Brighton, each with a double attached front garage.
“There are three different floor plans at North Ridge Towns Brighton, ranging in size from 1,541 to 1,602 square feet,” says North Ridge sales consultant Dianna Calkins.
“The floor plans are very spacious. They offer the feeling of a single family home, but priced at under the $500,000 mark.”

The North Ridge design team has created five different colour boards for the Towns, each offering a different vibe and ambience. “We can offer buyers a variety of styles, reflecting the latest trends for 2022,” says Calkins.
North Ridge has opened two show homes at Towns Brighton, each with a different floor plan and colour palette.
The K2 show home is the largest floor plan in the collection at 1,602 square feet. Incorporating finishes from the Steele Narrows colour board, the show home exudes industrial chic. Upgrades include a brick feature wall in the living room. Wood accents add warmth to the interior’s grey tones.
The trendy kitchen is attired in Thermafoil wood grain cabinets that extend up to the ceiling, a quartz-topped island, ceramic tile backsplash, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. A corner walk-in pantry ensures plenty of storage space.
“North Ridge selects their finishes not only for style, but also for lasting durability. The luxury vinyl flooring really stands up to wear and tear. It’s water- and scratch-resistant,” says Calkins.

The K2 includes a large bonus room on the second floor, an ideal family hangout space. The upstairs laundry is just steps away.

The primary bedroom easily accommodates a king-sized bed. The spacious walk-in closet boasts custom shelving. Dramatic black accents distinguish the ensuite, including a black-framed standup shower.
Two secondary bedrooms and a full-sized bathroom are located on the other side of the bonus room. Each bedroom has a deeper-than-average closet for extra storage.

Located next door is the Denali show home, measuring 1,514 square feet. “Although the Denali’s square footage is a bit smaller than the K2, it actually has a bigger main floor and a bigger basement. Anyone who wants a bit more space for entertaining will want to consider the Denali,” says Calkins.
This show home features the Sandy Beach colour board, reflecting Scandinavian design trends. Crisp white tones play beautifully with warm wood accents in the Denali show home, starting in the kitchen. Here, classic white Thermafoil cabinets are complemented by white quartz countertops and a ceramic tile backsplash. As in the K2 model, the Denali features a walk-in corner pantry.

“We did an upgraded shiplap feature wall in the living room, painted to match the wall colour. The shiplap wall with built-in accent shelving frames the linear electric fireplace,” says Calkins.
Three bedrooms, laundry room and two bathrooms are located on the second floor. “In the Denali, the bedrooms are all a bit larger. This model does not have a bonus room upstairs,” says Calkins.

A second shiplap feature wall is repeated in the principal bedroom. The large ensuite includes a five-foot walk-in shower with bench seating and a quartz-topped vanity with double sinks.

The townhomes come move-in ready, completely landscaped with composite decks. Monthly condo fees include snow removal, lawn cutting and water utilities. “That’s especially appealing to empty nesters or buyers who love to travel,” says Calkins.
The two show homes are located at 17- and 18-625 Dagnone Cres. Viewing hours are Monday through Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m.; Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 12 noon to 5 p.m., or by appointment.
To offer buyers even more choice, North Ridge has two additional townhome projects in Brighton with affordable price points. North Ridge Towns Dubois, on Dubois Cres., offers one- to three-bedrooms units, with single or double garages.
North Ridge Towns Westfield is a fee-simple townhome development, with two- and three-bedroom two-storey units, located on Westfield Rd.
“Fee-simple means there are no condo fees. Buyers have no restrictions as to landscaping, fencing or pet ownership,” says Calkins.
Every new home built by North Ridge is backed by third-party warranty through the New Home Warranty Program of Saskatchewan, as well as the company’s own award-winning Customer Care Warranty Program.
