Dimitry Beaubrun joins Neighborhood Ventures
Neighborhood Ventures, an Arizona-based real estate crowdfunding developer, announced today the addition of Dimitry Beaubrun, who is joining the team as the Financial Controller. In his role, Mr. Beaubrun will be responsible for leading the company’s accounting department and take on the responsibilities of bookkeeping, budget management and the monitoring of investor funds.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Dimitry to the team,” says Neighborhood Ventures CEO, Jamison Manwaring. “With nearly a decade of multifamily accounting experience, and commitment to his finance education, I am confident he is the best candidate to lead Neighborhood Ventures towards growth.”
Before coming on board with Neighborhood Ventures, Beaubrun was the Director of Accounting & Finance for Arizona Investment & Management LLC. Previously, Beaubrun was the Financial Controller for seven years for the BAM Companies, a multifamily developer based in Indianapolis Indiana. Senna House announces 2 new hires
Senna House, Curio Collection by Hilton, announced today the addition of two new members to its growing leadership team. Kevin Gilbert accepted the General Manager position after acting as interim General Manager for the last three months, while Kori Kineshanko is being brought on as the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Gilbert has spent the last 39 years in the hospitality industry after getting his start as a houseperson at the Hilton Lincoln Center in 1983. While there, his mentor encouraged him to grow and work toward becoming a manager and within 10 years, Gilbert had been promoted from assistant banquet manager to fine dining manager.
“I’m thrilled to continue my journey with Hilton as a member of the Senna House team,” said Gilbert. “This is my first opportunity to cultivate the true guest experience from the ground up, leading the team at this gorgeous property that is less than a year old.”
The Dallas-native has held other various roles within the Hilton family including Director of Catering, Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Operations and Rooms Director. He has been on the Board of Directors for a variety of different hospitality and hotel organizations, and plans to stay involved in the Scottsdale community. When he is not working, Gilbert enjoys cooking, exploring trails, refereeing high school football and mentoring high school and college-bound students on how to prepare for the professional world.
As a dual citizen spanning her career in both Canada and the U.S., Kineshanko started her hospitality career as a corporate travel manager with American Express in 1996. She moved from sales development to director of sales and marketing in 2010 when she moved to Arizona, working with luxury resorts in both Scottsdale and Sedona. Her career then took her to San Antonio, Dallas, Santa Fe, New Mexico, San Francisco, Seattle, and Jackson, Mississippi before landing in Bend, Oregon.
“I am thrilled to return to Scottsdale to join the Senna House team,” said Kineshanko. “The Valley is experiencing a revitalization, and I’m excited to see how Senna House fits into the market. I look forward to connecting with other hotels and organizations in the community to keep Scottsdale on the map as a destination for all, and make Senna House the go-to hotel for travelers.”
Kineshanko also received her teaching certification and taught in the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management at a private college in British Columbia. In her off time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, horseback riding and entertaining guests at her home. She is also a mentor to women in the workforce, as she has a passion for promoting women and giving them opportunities to grow their career in the male-dominated hospitality industry.
Prominent Valley family law attorney merges firm with Radix Law
In a move to further bolster its strategic growth plans, Radix Law welcomes prominent family law attorney Steven Cole. Cole joins Colleen Contreras in the expansion of the firm’s comprehensive family law practice.
Cole has been practicing family law since 1993 throughout Arizona. His focus includes divorce, custody and visitation, paternity matters, asset distribution, stepparent and grandparent rights, alimony and domestic violence.
“Steven is a highly-regarded family law attorney in Scottsdale and greater Phoenix,” said Andy Kvesic, CEO and Managing Partner of Radix Law. “ He will join our existing family law practice bringing with him decades of experience to expand services to new and existing clients. Steven successfully owned and operated a solo practice in Scottsdale for many years, and is now joining Radix Law because of our unique platform and the extraordinary potential it provides his practice and his clients.”
Having been through his own divorce, Cole understands the inherent complexities and emotional nature of cases. He takes a relentless approach to working on behalf of his clients. “I know how difficult family matters can be, and I want my clients to know I’m there for them at any hour of the day or night,” said Cole. “I take pride not only in providing excellent results for clients, but also in keeping them well informed of every action taken and the steps they need to take (and why). It’s important to provide clients with an overall understanding of their case in progress. I want them to understand exactly what’s going on.”
