At least three Peoria home sales eclipsed the $1 million mark in November.

All three top home sales in Peoria last month were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot, according to Realtor.com.

The top home sale, 7309 W. Artie Ave., sold for $3.8 million on Nov. 15. The 12,303-square-foot home on a 1.11-acre lot has seven bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms. The seller and buyer were represented by Benjamin J. Katz with Lake Pleasant Real Estate.

The second most expensive home sale, 7725 W. Camino De Oro Road, sold for $1.6 million on Nov. 4. The 3,900-square-foot home on a 1.01-acre lot has five bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The seller was represented by Travis Mast with My Home Group Real Estate and the buyer was represented by Jeffrey Johnson with My Home Group Real Estate.

The third most expensive home sale, 8335 W. La Caille, sold for $1.5 million on Nov. 18. The 3,977-square-foot home on a 0.82-acre lot has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. The seller was represented by Gina Siciliano with Realty ONE Group and the buyer was represented by Erik Johnson with RE/MAX Homes and Properties.
